20x speed increase in AutoDuck

A small modification to AutoDuck.cpp has been put forward on the forum
that provides a considerable increase to the (currently rather slow)
processing speed of the AutoDuck effect.

The attached patch simply increases the number of samples to process
at once from 4k to 128k.

This modification was devised by Lasse who is working on Windows, and
I've tested it with equally good results on Linux.
