"wx/setup.h" not found (MSC++ compilation)

Christoph Kukulies
  I tried to compile audacity from the svn repo (version 10637) and was
following the compile.txt, which was saying:

  * Copy access.cpp to "C:\wxWidgets-2.8.11\src\msw\ole\".

  * Copy setup.h to "C:\wxWidgets-2.8.11\include\wx\msw\".

Now, after compiling the wx-dll project and setting eth environment
variable WXWIN=C:\wxWidgets-2.8.11.

Now after starting compilation and some wxwin-independent stuff got
compiled, the compilation suddenly stopped
at platform.h, where the

#include "wx/setup.h"

file obviously could not be found.

I copied the file one level up to  C:\wxWidgets-2.8.11\include\wx
and the compilation could proceed.

The next show stopper in a second post.
