re Range of MIDI numbers

Thanks Edgar, I wanted the range for a user-defined range of MIDI numbers,
maximum range 20Hz to 20kHz... it'll be easy to calculate now that you
reminded me of hz-to-step function.

Yes, I've used fractional step numbers.
